Each speaker has been allocated the amount of time indicated on the conference programme. Please gauge the length of your presentation accordingly, making sure to leave a few minutes at the end of your presentation for questions. Conference staff will inform you when you are within a few minutes of the end of your allocated time and will be instructed to cut off speakers who exceed their time allocation.
Submitting your presentation/technical information
Please prepare your presentation in aspect ratio 4:3 and in one of the following formats, Powerpoint (.ppt or .pptx), PDF (.pdf) or Keynote (.key), and bring it to the meeting on a USB drive.
Please make sure to submit your media in time (at least two hours before your lecture) in the lecture hall at the media check-in on-site. For submitting your lecture, please use a USB flash drive, CD or DVD. In case you are using a USB flash drive, please do not protect it with any kind of software. You will have the option to check and modify your lecture prior to your presentation.
Important: Name display
Your name will be shown for a few seconds on your slide. During this time, your name will take up about one tenth of your slide at the upper edge. Please make sure that this space does not contain any essential information.
