Guided Biketour „The Berlin Wall“

The Berlin Wall stood for 28 years. It separated families and friends. We follow the stretch of the Wall from Bornholmer Strasse checkpoint right through to the government district. We show you how the border around West Berlin was closed over night, followed by the continuous construction of the “death strip”. You’ll hear about escape attempts that not uncommonly found tragic endings and about the magic moments of the fall of the Wall.
